realtors

real estate workers really do have it going them right about now in my country because the rent rate for accommodation now is so high that the average earner cannot get a decent place to live in.
I am of the opinion that the landlord of these houses be advised to cut down on the rate fixed on these homes for the good of humanity, as most domineering class in my country are the average income earners who more often than not move from one place to the other in search of that greener pasture. i as an estate person wish all others could share my view as it is unfair that someone coming from elsewhere maybe another state comes to the federal capital and pays three times the rental he was paying before just because he is in the capital city. really it doesn't make so much sense. trust our surveyors they even tend to add a little more on the rental so as to save face with the landlord their so called clients. building a long list of clientele is really challenging: i know because of the competition and other things but it does not have to be a thing of can i say hypocrisy because many a time people come and they see something they want but the fact and the hard truth which we surveyors fail to see is that the money ain't really there for these individuals to just grab and give out to rentals.
i believe that with the intervention of we the surveyors the rent for houses and other accomodation would go low as such giving rise t a more equal and beneficial market where the landlord doesn't have to be KING as he sees himself now.
